Downtown Rotana

This was the third time we've stayed here and (like previous visits) it was a great hotel for a getaway. An excellent room (corner suite with excellent views) with lots of space, extremely comfy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the lounge access (with snacks and drinks) was also great. We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym - all of which were great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the souq.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Receptionist Aladdin, Maintenance Staff Omar, and Receptionist Siham for their professional and outstanding service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm welcome and genuine care, which made me feel comfortable and valued. Additionally, they provided me with excellent assistance that reflects a high level of professionalism and attention to guest comfort. I also wish to thank all the hotel staff for their continuous efforts in providing exceptional service, making my stay an unforgettable experience. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, location was perfect, hotel facilities were clean and modern and the breakfast was amazing. Also the view from our room was incredible. It was okay to wear a bikini by the pool as well and the bar attendant there made me such a good mojito! We also got access to the VIP lounge which had free wine and cocktails every night from 7-9 as well as free coffee, snacks, sweets, and soft drinks all day. The gym had everything you could need (squat rack, bench rack, cardio machines, loose dumbbells, and an amazing view for whole you’re working out! There’s also access to a jacuzzi and sauna / steam room which was so relaxing. We will stay here again when we come back to Manama.

-Front desk staff are great, fast checkin and checkout, welcoming and friendly. - breakfast was great, with various items, the restaurant staff are wonderful. - in downtown just few steps to the old souq. -room is wide,beds are comfortable and clean. -Supervisor (Mr. Denis)at the time of checkout was keen to communicate with us and listen to our feedback to improve the level of service. - wi fi is good

Room, bed, furniture and the bathroom was very clean and this what matters to me, also quite for a good night sleep, bed was comfy. The reception were quick and professional in completing my accommodation and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr Hussain. The food In my opinion was not that good as I rate it 3 out of 10, I did not order a main course it was only appetizers, bread was cold and I belive it dose not stand to the hotel reputation. As to the location, keep in mind that is in busy area. It won't be my 1st choice in the future as I believe the price for one njght was a bit high.
